By June, the gymnasium of Exton’s Church Farm School will be empty of students, but its halls and courts will still see heavy foot traffic when the Chester County 50plus EXPO returns Thursday, June 8, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The event signage insisted it was the spring Lancaster County 50plus EXPO, but the thermostat that day—at 90 degrees—was reading full summer.

The Dauphin County 50plus EXPO has become a springtime fixture at the Hershey Lodge, and the free event returns to Chocolatetown Tuesday, May 9, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Despite the strangely summerlike weather, Cumberland County’s baby boomers, seniors, and caregivers turned out for a local fall tradition: the Cumberland County 50plus EXPO, which returned to the Carlisle Expo Center for its 17th year on Oct. 19.
