The Chester County Department of Aging and APPRISE health insurance counselors will provide free, confidential assistance to Medicare benficiaries during the annual Open Enrollment Period, Oct. 15 – Dec. 7.
During these appointments, people with Medicare can switch or disenroll from a Part D prescription drug plan or a Medicare Advantage plan or switch to original Medicare with or without a Medicare Part D plan.
