During a recent groundbreaking, United Zion Retirement Community announced plans for a more than $9 million expansion on its 11-acre campus in Lititz.
Expansion plans include 10 independent living apartments and health center enhancements that transform semi-private rooms into private accommodations.
Other changes will create shared spaces for a household atmosphere in health center “neighborhoods.”
