Jay Stanton, RSVP Dauphin County’s Volunteer of the Month, is the president of Hummelstown Elder Express senior transportation service and has been an RSVP volunteer for more than 10 years, donating more than 2,400 hours to his community.

Jay Stanton is RSVP’s Dauphin County Volunteer of the Month. Stanton has volunteered with a multitude of community organizations, including service as a past member of the Hummelstown Borough Council.
