The RSVP Lebanon County Volunteer of the Month is Pastor Ron Ludwick. He is an RSVP volunteer for the Lebanon Literacy Council, where he has served since 2013.

Ludwick feels privileged to teach pre-GED math. He most enjoys when one of his students has an “aha” moment with their tutoring session. Several students have been recognized for their achievements.

Ludwick shares his RSVP volunteer experiences with other friends and acquaintances. He describes the rewarding feelings that are shared by students being tutored and by other volunteers. As he says, “The rewards are incalculable.”

Ludwick grew up in Perkasie in Bucks County and currently resides in Lebanon County. He has a daughter, a son, and five grandchildren. He enjoys teaching math and occasionally playing golf.

One of his favorite pastimes is singing. Ludwick sings in a male quartet, Zion Choral, and Messiah College Choral Arts.
