Farmers market nutrition vouchers will be distributed to eligible seniors 60 years of age and older at the following locations starting June 1.

The nutrition vouchers, with a $20 total value, can be exchanged for Pennsylvania-grown fruits and vegetables from June 1 through Nov. 30 at participating farmers markets and roadside stands.

To be eligible, county residents age 60 and older must have an annual income less than $23,107 for one person, $31,284 for two people, and $39,461 for three people.

Proxy forms are available at each site and must be completed and returned with signatures and a photo ID of the eligible senior at the time of distribution.

Please keep in mind these vouchers are available on a first-come, first-served basis, as funding is limited. Vouchers may only be obtained once per year.
